My Role
As a Doctoral Research Intern under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Hongyang Li, I worked on:
- Dual-system approaches to autonomous driving with large vision-language models
- Proposed an architecture that utilizes slow, heavy planners in tandem with lightweight planners
- Achieved state-of-the-art performance in driving benchmarks with 6x speedup compared to previous approaches
- Published the work “ETA: Efficiency through Thinking Ahead” at ICCV 2025, available here
